Terms of Offer: Floral Displays

1. All prices exclude VAT which will be charged at the current rate at the time of invoice.

2. Vehicular access is assumed to all areas.

3. No allowance has been allowed for traffic management. However we do comply with Road traffic regulations in terms of signage etc.

4. Products hired from the company remain the property of the Amethyst Horticulture until collection has taken place.

5. It is assumed all units hired from the company will be emptied prior to our collection. This excludes cosmopolitan cubes and any displays maintained by ourselves.

6. Non return of hire products will be charged at the current list price less 15%.

7. When installing Hanging and pole baskets it is assumed unless noted, that the brackets will not be more than 3.5 metres from ground level.

8. When hanging onto existing brackets it is the clients responsibility that they are in situ prior to our arrival on site and in good condition.

9. A representative for the client must approve the products on delivery.

10. Delivery is additional to the rates quoted unless stated.

11. We do not lift floor standing floral displays unless noted in the quotation.

12. It is the clients responsibility to arrange maintenance of the products after delivery., unless we are contracted to undertake the maintenance.

13. Where Amethyst Horticulture are contracted to undertake the installation or maintenance any restrictions of working times and access must be made prior to our arrival on site.

14. We require a site visit prior to confirming our quotation.
